Recommendations

Use Spyglass to generate recommendations to help you understand and continuously improve the security of your team's Snowflake infrastructure.

List recommendations

For each recommendation type, you can view a list of open issues. For example, when looking for over-provisioned access, you might see a list of users, roles, and when they were last accessed. You can either Revoke access or Dismiss the recommendation:

Remediation

After selecting a recommendation to remediate, you can open an Access request to edit the change, review it, and approve it. From there, Spyglass takes care of the rest to apply the changes to Snowflake.
